For many years people have been meeting in Cicek Pasaji in the Beyoglu district for snacks and seafood specialities. Also in Beyoglu district, the narrow Nevizade street, near Cicek Pasaj, is the best place in Istanbul for eating Turkish specialties and drinking Raki.
